Silent Pool Gin is the original gin from Silent Pool Distillers. Made with as many as 24 different botanicals, and distilled with a combination of several techniques, it gives a completely unusually complex gin. Some of the classic botanicals, including Bosnian juniper, licorice root, cassia bark, orris and bergamot are soaked in alcohol. Others, such as orange peel, lemon peel, dried pears, Macedonian juniper and angelica, are placed in a basket in the neck of the still.
Color: Crystal clear.
Aroma: Juniper, floral, spicy and clear citrus.
Tasting notes: Juniper berries, citrus notes, pepper and other spices as well as various floral notes.
Serving suggestions: With your favorite classic tonic such as a gin/tonic, garnished with orange peel. But also try to taste it pure, and experience the complexity of aroma and taste.
