Single Barrel Selection Jamaica 2021 C<>H is a single barrel rum that is based on molasses and distilled
in a pot still in 2021. The rum has aged in a Virgin Oak cask and was bottled at 59.7% ABV in January 2024. C<>H indicates a rum produced with ester between 1300-1400, very close to the maximum allowed under Jamaican regulation. The rum is not cold-filtered. S.B.S Jamaica 2021 C<>H is limited to only 367 bottles. Exclusively bottled for the Danish market.
