The famous cocktail guru Gaz Regan started developing the recipe for his orange bitters already in the 1990s, long before the cocktail reached the popularity it has today. The recipe is of course inspired by an older recipe, and includes orange peel, cardamom, coriander seeds, Chinese bark, gentian etc. Regan’s Orange Bitters no. 6 is obvious for use in classic cocktails, such as a Martini!
