A six-bottle white wine selection that we at Rasch Vin are pleased to recommend when quality, personality, and enjoyment at the table are the focus. Here, some of Europe’s most expressive white grapes come together with one shared purpose: to deliver flavour, freshness, and character in every glass. From mineral-driven verdicchio and precise grüner veltliner to aromatic sauvignon blanc, vibrant albariño, and deep greco di tufo, this is a case that feels thoughtful, versatile, and truly enjoyable.
Fattoria Coroncino Verdicchio Gaiospino
A serious and characterful wine with clear minerality, saline tension, and nuances of citrus, yellow fruit, herbs, and a light spicy note. The palate is concentrated yet energetic, with both depth and freshness, making it an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys white wines with structure and personality. It pairs beautifully with grilled or oven-baked fish, seafood, risotto, pasta with mussels, and dishes where lemon, herbs, and olive oil play a central role.
Jean Daneel Signature Chenin Blanc
An elegant and nuanced chenin blanc with notes of lime, citrus peel, baked apple, dried apricot, and subtle nutty tones from well-integrated oak. The wine has a rich and lightly creamy texture, while a fresh acidity keeps everything in perfect balance. It pairs especially well with seafood, richer fish, roast chicken, and pasta dishes where the wine can meet both richness and freshness.
Weingut Geyerhof Grüner Veltliner Hoher Rain
A cool and precise grüner veltliner with classic notes of herbs, white pepper, apple, melon, and white peach. The style is juicy and elegant, with ripe acidity, fine clarity, and a subtle mineral edge that makes the wine both charming and very food-friendly. It is an excellent match for asparagus, lighter fish dishes, seafood, fresh salads, and dishes with mild spice or green herbs.
Maui Sauvignon Blanc
A lively and aromatic sauvignon blanc in a clearly New Zealand style, with notes of gooseberry, elderflower, blackcurrant leaf, and fresh green herbs. The wine is dry, energetic, and direct in expression, with refreshing acidity that makes it both appetising and easy to enjoy. It pairs very well with seafood, sushi, smoked salmon, goat cheese, asparagus, and other lighter dishes where freshness and aromatics take centre stage.
Contrapunto Albariño
A young and refreshing albariño with aromas of citrus, flowers, and stone fruit, together with lively acidity and a very fresh expression. This is a wine that feels light on its feet while still offering plenty of flavour, with exactly the kind of energy that makes it perfect both with food and on its own. It pairs especially well with fish, seafood, rice dishes, salads, and mild fresh cheeses.
Torricino Raone Greco Di Tufo Riserva
A deeper and more mineral-driven wine with notes of citrus, pear, peach, apricot, herbs, and a distinct stony salinity. The palate is concentrated and fresh at the same time, with sharp energy and a serious, almost sea-sprayed finish that makes the wine especially compelling at the table. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, flavourful soups, seafood, aged cheeses, and rustic dishes where the wine can show both power and precision.
