Purity Vodka Connaisseurs Choice 51 is Purity’s second generation vodka, and is clearly the best tasting and most exclusive. The vodka is distilled first in a copper still and then in two 8 room “multilayer” continuous copper stills. Here you get 17 distillations (1+8+8), the heart of the first 17 distillations (head comes first, then heart and then tail) is watered down with local Swedish mineral-rich water, and then distilled through the whole process again. This results in 34 distillations. The heart of the first 34 distillations is watered down with local Swedish mineral-rich water again, and then distilled through the entire process again. Only there is Purity Connaisseurs Choice 51 achieved. The rest that is not used is redistilled.
