How to make a Passion Spritz (30 seconds)

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.

2. Pour in 5 cl (50 ml) Passimoncello.

3. Top with 10 cl (100 ml) prosecco.

4. Finish with 2–3 cl (20–30 ml) soda water for extra lift.

5. Garnish with ½ passion fruit or a lemon slice.
