Pullimut [puli’mud] is an endless rum blend with surprising flavour experiences. As a rum importer and independent bottler, you often end up with a great deal of rum, sometimes more than you can handle. That is why we use a 600-litre sherry cask as a creative foundation to craft a truly distinctive rum blend. Only half is drawn off and bottled. The rest remains in the cask and is continuously topped up with more rum, allowing the story to continue.
Nose: Dark and dense aromas of molasses, brown sugar, and caramelised sugar. Notes of liquorice, lightly burnt toffee, and dark chocolate, rounded off by warm spices such as cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, with a hint of dry oak and sherry.
Palate: Full-bodied and intense on the palate, with pronounced molasses sweetness and more power than previous editions. The flavour moves through dark syrup and toffee with hints of burnt sugar, spice, and dried fruit. A slight bitter cocoa note and dry oak add structure, while the finish is long, warm, and spicy, with dark chocolate and a dry, aromatic cask character.
