Juicy and fruit-packed red wine from Ribera del Duero. The combination of fully ripe Tempranillo grapes and gentle oak ageing comes together beautifully here. An intense nose of red roses and raspberries, with a hint of vanilla. On the palate the wine is elegant, with velvety fullness and bright, crisp acidity that keeps everything in balance.
Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes harvested from old vineyards. After a short period of skin contact to extract colour and flavour, the natural alcoholic fermentation begins. The wine is kept steadily around 20°C to preserve as much grape character as possible. After malolactic fermentation, this Joven is aged for 5 months in French oak barrels to bring the aromas together and add harmony.
A wine whose juiciness and lively acidity can handle everything from rich, fatty meats to spicy marinades and tangy dressings.
