This Mortlach was distilled on April 30, 2007 and matured in refill hogsheads followed by a 16 month finish in fresh sherry butt 6. This butt was bottled on April 22, 2022 at natural cask strength of 52% ABV, non-chill filtered and without added color, as a single cask limited release of 697 bottles.
