Barley Wine is a well-balanced beer with slight bitterness, taste of caramel, dried fruits and oak. With this special version the beer has aged in rum casks for 24 months.

The casks add extra taste of dried fruits, rum notes and slight oxidation, which really suits the beer. This Barley wine goes well with strong cheeses, desserts or dark chocolate. But it can also be enjoyed on its own.
