Martini Rosato is a vermouth based on both red and white wine, first introduced in 1980. It is the only term from Martini that uses both red and white wine, giving a delicate rose color. It is infused with plants such as cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, raspberry and lemon, resulting in a spicy and rich vermouth with a slight fertility. It is brilliantly refreshing over ice cream, simply garnished with an orange slice.
