Longrow 10 Years Juuls 100th Annv. Vintage 2015 70 cl. 57,1%

This Longrow is one of two outstanding single casks from Springbank Distillery, bottled for Juul’s Vin og Spiritus’ 100th anniversary. Longrow has always been a favourite of ours, but this particular cask stood out in a special way. It is a first-fill Manzanilla cask, and Manzanilla — a dry style of sherry from Sanlúcar de Barrameda — pairs exceptionally well with Longrow’s smoky, slightly saline character. It’s also a rather unusual cask type, so when we were presented with the opportunity — and the whisky tasted heavenly — there was no doubt it had to be bottled for the anniversary.

The cask was filled in 2015 and bottled in 2026 at nearly 11 years of age. It comes in at 57.3% ABV, with a total outturn of 324 bottles.
