A great vermouth from Bordeaux. This is made with white Bordeaux wines and fruit spirits and stored in oak for between 6 months and a year.
Nose: Herb, fruity nose. Ingredients of parsley, red berries and cracked black pepper.
Taste: Hints of port, white grapes and lemon on the palate. Cedar, peel, pepper and a sage development.
Surface treatment: Long finish with creaking knots.
