This whisky has spent its entire maturation period in a large Manzanilla butt. The long aging process is clearly reflected in both the aroma and the flavour.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Dry and salty with a gentle hint of sweetness, reminiscent of salted nuts and Iberian ham.
Palate: Bold salty notes with a distinct mineral and nutty character.
Finish: Long, with persistent salinity and a subtle nutty undertone.
