Hendrick’s is a name synonymous with the revived fortunes of gin in general. It’s quite unlike anything else on offer, with a distinctly savory, fragrant profile rich in cucumber and rose petals. Serve this 5cl portion with a quality tonic and garnish it with a slice of cucumber.
Hendricks Gin is produced in the traditional way using juniper berries and coriander. The special thing about it is that cucumber and rose petals are also added, which gives this gin a lovely mild and fresh taste. It is of course good with gin and tonic.

– Cucumber slices
– Possibly. cucumber juice.
Pour gin into a tall glass with ice cubes and top up with tonic.
Stir and garnish with finely cut cucumber slices
There may be add 1 cl of pressed cucumber juice to emphasize the cucumber taste.
