Hatozaki Triple Cask Reserve 70 cl. 46%

Japanese Blended Malt Whisky

Hatozaki Triple Cask Reserve is a Japanese blended malt whisky crafted at the Kaikyō Distillery in Akashi. Founded in 2017 and led by Master Distiller Kimio Yonezawa, the distillery combines traditional craftsmanship with innovative maturation techniques to create whiskies of distinctive character.
This expression is a permanent addition to the Hatozaki range and represents a refined balance between European cask tradition and Japanese finesse. The whisky is first matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks before being finished for six months in casks that previously held umeshu, the traditional Japanese plum liqueur. This rare cask finish imparts subtle sweetness, fruitiness, and delicate herbal tones that make the whisky truly unique.
Bottled at 46% ABV, Hatozaki Triple Cask Reserve is non-chill filtered and free from added color, preserving its natural depth and authenticity.
Tasting Profile
