Grande Alberone Prosecco D.O.C. is a clear straw yellow wine with a fine persistent mousse. The wine has an intense scent of flowers and with elegant touches of white fruit. The wine is harmonious and full-bodied in the mouth with a lovely acidity and a fine structure.
Enjoy the wine with good friends or together with starters and grilled fish.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C

Manufacturing

After harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery, where they are pressed to extract a fresh and fruity must with an elegant character. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (16-18°C). Select yeast cultures are then added before the second fermentation takes place under pressure according to the so-called Charmat method.
