Glen The Wild Geese) The distiller, in contrast to most others, dries his barley with hot air instead of the use of peat, ensuring that there is no drying in the whiskey. Glengoyne 12 years of single malt whiskey has coconut, lemon peel, honey and oak in the nose and taste of toffee, apples, ginger and orange. The aftermake is balanced with a touch of sherry and oak. 43% – 70cl.
