An exclusive single cask bottling from Glendullan within Signatory Vintage’s renowned 100 Proof Collection. Distilled in 2012 and bottled in November 2024 at its natural cask strength of 57.1 %, without chill-filtration or added colour. This whisky has been matured exclusively in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, creating a rich and layered profile.
Nose:
Fruity and generous with baked apples, pear compote and apricot. Sherry sweetness blends with honey toffee, roasted almonds, candied orange peel and warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Hints of dark chocolate and polished oak provide depth.
Palate:
Bold and full-bodied, offering layers of raisins, fig jam and caramel. The PX sherry richness is balanced by spiced warmth, espresso and a light nuttiness that adds structure.
Finish:
Long, warming and elegant, with lingering fruitiness, sherried sweetness and a final flourish of cocoa, spiced oak and dark chocolate.
