These wines were selected because together they create a broad yet clearly defined summer style. Althea Rosaperlaand Vilarnau Rosé Brut Reserva bring celebration, freshness and elegant bubbles. La Cerisa Rosa and Château Barbebelle Cuvée Madeleine give the package two different rosé expressions – one light-hearted Italian style and one more sophisticated Provençal one. Contrapunto Albariño and Leitz Eins Zwei Dry Sauvignon Blanc add cool citrus, minerality and that thirst-quenching edge that makes summer whites so irresistible. Althea Rosaperla Rosé Pinot Noir – Extra Dry

Taste:
An elegant and charming sparkling rosé with a fine, persistent mousse and a fresh, summery profile. The palate moves through strawberries, raspberries and other red berries, with soft creaminess, lively acidity and a gently rounding fruit sweetness that makes the wine very easy to enjoy.

Production:
Rosaperla is made from 100% pinot noir, hand-harvested in eastern Veneto. The wine is produced using the Charmat method, which helps preserve the pure fruit, the fresh style and the lively bubbles.

Food pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif, for mingling and summer parties, but also very good with fish, shellfish, white meats, fresh salads and mild cheeses.

Vilarnau CAVA – Rosé Brut Reserva

Taste:
Here you get a sparkling rosé with a little more depth and structure, while still keeping a fresh and accessible feel. The nose and palate offer strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, violet and rose, while the mousse feels soft and creamy with a dry, elegant finish.

Production:
The wine is organically made from 85% garnacha and 15% pinot noir. Its colour is built through around 26 hours of skin contact, after which the wine is cool-fermented to preserve fruit and floral notes, then aged for more than 15 months in bottle before disgorgement, giving finer bubbles and greater complexity.

Food pairing:
A highly versatile summer wine that works both as an aperitif and with food. Especially good with pasta, pizza, paella, fideuá, smoked salmon and flavourful fish and shellfish dishes.

La Cerisa Rosa Pinot Grigio Rosé

Taste:
La Cerisa Rosa is a charming, approachable rosé with a clear summer personality. The palate shows fresh strawberries, cherries and floral notes, with bright fruit, good intensity and a delicate finish that makes the wine uncomplicated in the very best sense.

Production:
The wine comes from Provincia di Pavia south of Milan and is made mainly from pinot grigio, with around 15% pinot noir and barbera for colour and extra fruitiness. The grapes undergo a short maceration to create the delicate rosé colour and the fresh, berry-driven style.

Food pairing:
Serve it as a chilled aperitif or with fish dishes, salads and light meat dishes. It is also a very pleasant terrace wine when the sun is high and the glass is happily refilled.

Château Barbebelle Rosé Cuvée Madeleine

Taste:
This is the most elegant and gastronomic rosé in the package. The palate is dry, fresh and sophisticated with notes of pomegranate, strawberries, ripe cherries, raspberries and floral nuances, framed by ripe fruit and refreshing acidity.

Production:
The wine comes from Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence and is a grenache-led Provence rosé with syrah as an important supporting variety. At Barbebelle, the team works with night harvesting, careful sorting and pressing, and the rosé is vinified through direct pressing as well as fermentation and ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine’s pure and precise style.

Food pairing:
A very good wine both as an aperitif and with food. Try it with bouillabaisse, grilled fish, crab, paella, ceviche, summer salads, prawn risotto or pan-fried chicken with green accompaniments.

Contrapunto Albariño

Taste:
Contrapunto is a young, lively and highly refreshing white wine with a distinctly Atlantic side. You will find citrus, pear, stone fruit, mandarin and ginger together with floral and lightly herbal notes. On the palate it feels light, energetic and saline-fresh, with a gentle rounding touch from residual sugar.

Production:
The wine is made from 100% albariño from the producer’s own vineyards in the Salnés Valley, and the grapes are hand-harvested. After destemming, there is a short cold maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15–17 °C, and the wine is bottled around three months after fermentation to preserve youthfulness and precision.

Food pairing:
A natural choice for fish and shellfish, but also for tapas, ceviche and as an excellent thirst-quenching wine when you want something cool, citrus-driven and oceanic in expression.

Leitz Eins Zwei Dry – Sauvignon Blanc

Taste:
This is a juicy, crisp and expressive white wine with clear sauvignon blanc character. The nose and palate bring gooseberry, blackcurrant, kiwi, passion fruit, elderflower, lime zest and lemon, followed by a fresh, aromatic and mineral finish with fine length.

Production:
The wine is part of the Leitz Eins Zwei Dry range, where the focus is on dry style, clarity, precision and fresh minerality. It is produced as a modern German sauvignon blanc with aromatic intensity and pure fruit at its core, making it a very precise summer wine.

Food pairing:
It is excellent well chilled with light fish dishes, salads and simple summer lunches, but also works beautifully as a terrace wine when you want something lively, green and refreshing in the glass.
