After more than 16 years of successful work in Danish homes, Dr. Nielsen’s Bitter proudly presents its “little sister” – Original Frøken Nielsen’s Sommersnaps, in May 2004. Original Frøken Nielsen’s Sommersnaps is the taste of Danish summer! It was developed by Johs. M. Klein’s own wine waiter. It is produced as a brandy, and flavored with the berries and elderflower of the Danish summer. And as the icing on the cake – a little touch of the flower from wild hops.

Original Frøken Nielsen’s Sommersnaps is – just like Original Dr. Nielsen’s Bitter – all its own. With a slightly sweet scent like Eau de Vie and characterful like homemade spice schnapps. Serve Original Frøken Nielsen’s Sommersnaps at room temperature or chilled. Enjoy it every now and then, with a good beer, a nice lunch, a cup of coffee or just in good company.
