Original Frøken Nielsen’s Sommersnaps is the taste of Danish summer! It was developed by Johs. M. Klein’s own wine waiter. It is produced as a brandy, and flavored with the berries and elderflower of the Danish summer. And as the icing on the cake – a little touch of the flower from wild hops.
Original Frøken Nielsen’s Sommersnaps is – just like Original Dr. Nielsen’s Bitter – all its own. With a slightly sweet scent like Eau de Vie and characterful like homemade spice schnapps. Serve Original Frøken Nielsen’s Sommersnaps at room temperature or chilled. Enjoy it every now and then, with a good beer, a nice lunch, a cup of coffee or just in good company.
