It’s a really good rom. Born in the same way as “DOS Maderas 5 + 3” and “DOS Maderas 10 + 5 Luxus”. Handmade and stored in the Caribbean as the first. Then the row is sent to Williams & Humbert Bodega in Jerez, where it gets a walk in a Solera system. “Dos Maderas” is Spanish and means precisely two kinds of wood, referring to the way The room is stored and matured.
The difference between the DOS Madera’s different Roms is the storage time. This edition is 10 years along the way. First 5 years in the Caribbean in Ex-Bourbon dishes and then 5 years in Spain in Ex-Sherry Fade. 3 years at former DOS Cartados Olorosa Fade and then 2 years of 20-year-old Don Guido px Fade – therefore 5 + 5, maybe Enda 5 + 3 + 2 … Derived Name Tripple Aged Room!
