H. Mounier VSOP is first stored on new dishes and the last years on older dishes. This is a mix of over 50 Eaux-de-VIs with 70% FINS BOIS, 20% BONS BOIS and 10% Petite Champagne.
The color is ravley. The scent is very refined with wine flowers and a very fruity character of special peach and apricot. In the taste, the fruity character also clearly, where, however, notes go more towards dried fruit.
Area: Petite Champagne, Fins Bois and Bons Bois.
