Chazalettes Vermouth Bianco Regina 75 cl. 16,5%

Vermouth di Torino

Chazalettes is one of the historic names in Turin’s vermouth tradition. The family moved from Savoy to Turin in the 1860s, and in 1876 Clemente Chazalettes founded his own vermouth and liqueur house. Rooted in classic Piedmontese recipe craft—and revived after a long hiatus—the brand aims to keep a traditional profile: clear herbal definition, carefully judged sweetness, and a style that works equally well served neat or mixed.

Chazalettes Vermouth Bianco Regina is a pale vermouth that leans softer, more aromatic, and more “floral” than a rosso, while offering more rounded sweetness than an extra dry. The bianco style typically lets citrus, vanilla tones, and gentle spice carry the sweetness, while the herbal backbone adds tension and a lightly drying grip on the finish.

In the glass, it often shows citrus peel and white flowers, with notes that can suggest herbs, gentle spice, vanilla, and a light almond hint. The palate is rounded and inviting, with balanced sweetness and a fresh, lightly bitter herbal finish that keeps it from feeling heavy.

Serving and use

  • As an aperitif: well chilled over ice with a lemon twist or orange zest.

  • As a long drink: bianco & tonic or bianco & soda with citrus for a crisp, lightly spiced serve.

  • In cocktails: great in spritz riffs and brighter mixed drinks when you want aromatic sweetness and herbs without the darker rosso profile.
