Manufacturing
The grapes for Butcher’s Cut Premium are harvested from fields in Mendoza, where the climate is particularly favorable for viticulture. The difference in night and day temperature gives grapes with intensity and nerve. After harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery, where they are vinified according to traditional methods.
