Sambuca Bepi Tosolini is an Italian anished colorless liqueur with a strong anise taste. Our Sambuca is achieved by the infusion and distillation of star anise and fennel. We only use the cleanest ingredients to preserve all tastes and aromas. Sambuca can be served nicely as “Ammazacaffè” or just as refreshment with ice and optionally adding three coffee beans “Con La Mosca” (with the fly as we siests in Italy). Ice improves its taste and changes the color of this drink from transparent to close white. Add coffee to it is an alternative to the most common “Caffè Corretto” which usually refers to coffee with some drops of Grappa.

Taste: intensely flavored with floweraromas and a silky smooth finish intense and rich with the right sweetness
