Most Ex-Brunello Barrique is manufactured by pressing fresh, descent harvested grapes, from nebbiolo. The sweet and fragrant pulp is transformed into a must. The factory is then distilled according to Tosolini tradition, with Charant steam still, a fantastic double distillation for purity and cooling of filtering to preserve the best quality. The maturation of 12 months in oak barrels, which previously kept Brunello wine adds to FR Agrant Destillat Vanillatots and a hot fruit character with a touch of sweet cherries and spices.
