Beautiful sparkling rosé wine with a sweetness that perfectly complements fruit and berries, but also try it as a welcome drink where it will undoubtedly impress everyone.
The grapes for Filipetto Moscato Rosato Spumante Dolce come from the coolest areas of northwestern Italy, where moscato is harvested at the end of September after a long growing season that provides an optimal balance between aromas and acidity.
Vinification takes place through fermentation in a pressurized tank, the so-called Charmat method, at a winery specialized in the production of sparkling wine. This tank method produces significantly finer and longer-lasting bubbles compared to when carbon dioxide is added to the bottle at filling.
The wine’s beautiful color is achieved by adding a touch of brachetto grapes, often referred to as the red cousin of moscato, as the aromas are very similar despite the color difference.
The bouquet and palate offer expressive notes of varietal muscat aromas with white flowers and underlying citrus. This moscato rosé shows an excellent freshness that elegantly balances the wine’s sweetness.
Enjoy this wine well-chilled with red berries and various fruit desserts such as melon soup, sorbet, fruit tarts, or as a delightful and informal aperitif.
