Bottled at the classic 100 Proof (57.1 %), without chill-filtration or added colour.

Nose:
Deep sherried aromas of dried fruits, raisins, dates and dark chocolate, lifted by a hint of maritime salt and spiced oak.
Palate:
Full-bodied and robust, with layers of caramel, orange peel, sherry sweetness and roasted nuts. Bunnahabhain’s unpeated style allows the fruit and sherry influence to shine, elegantly balanced by spice and malt.

Finish:
Long, warming and harmonious, with lingering notes of sherried fruitcake, chocolate and gentle oak spice.
