A Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of their acclaimed 100 Proof Edition series. This exclusive release was distilled in 2015 and carefully matured for 9 years in a combination of first-fill Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels. It was bottled in 2025 at 100 proof (57.1% ABV), with no added colour and non-chill filtered.
On the nose, it opens with an aromatic and inviting bouquet of dried fruits, honey, vanilla, and a hint of spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, revealing flavours of caramel, roasted nuts, ripe fruit, and subtle sherry notes, balanced by gentle spice and a soft malt character. The finish is long and warming, with a silky texture and lingering notes of oak and dark chocolate, creating an elegant and memorable dram.
