Louis Jadot – Bourgogne Aligoté is a classic, fresh and vibrant white Burgundy made from Aligoté—a great choice when you want something dry, crisp and food-friendly, with bright citrus-driven freshness.
In the glass it’s pale with a slight green tint. The nose is clean and uplifting, showing lemon, green apple and white flowers, often with a subtle herbal touch. On the palate it’s dry and lively with bright acidity, fresh fruit and a taut, clean finish—easy to enjoy and even easier to pair with food.
Serve well-chilled, around 8–10°C. It’s a natural match for shellfish, oysters, white fish, sushi, fresh salads and goat’s cheese. It also works very well as an aperitif when you want something refreshing and straightforward.
