The grapes for Gavioli Moscato Rosato Dolce come from northern Italy, where moscato is harvested at the end of September after a long growing season, where the balance between aromas and acidity is optimal.
The wine’s beautiful color is achieved by adding a touch of brachetto grapes, popularly speaking the moscato grape’s red cousin, as the aromas are very similar despite the color difference.
Enjoy this wine completely chilled with red berries and various fruit desserts, such as melon soup, sorbet, fruit tarts or as a wonderful, unpretentious aperitif.
