Belsazar Vermouth – White 75 cl. 18%

Belsazar Rose Vermouth is a luxury vermouth made from Pinot Noir from Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland, which is flavored with various herbs, flowers and fruits (e.g. wormwood, which gives a slight bitterness) and enhanced with fruit brandy from Schladerer in the Black Forest before resting in stoneware containers. A light sweetness comes from the addition of unfermented grape must, which gives a far greater aromatic complexity than normal sugar.

Scent: Beautiful scent of grapefruit, orange blossom and orange peel.
