It is a wine with clear summer character, where the fruit takes centre stage and the overall impression feels both juicy and relaxedly elegant.
The wine is made from grenache grapes grown in McLaren Vale. The grapes are destemmed and crushed shortly after harvest, then given a cool maceration before fermentation to build colour and fruity aromatics. The wine is then fermented at low temperature in stainless steel to preserve its floral and berry-driven notes.
It pairs very well with spicy food, Asian dishes, grilled chicken dishes and as a well-chilled glass on the terrace on a warm day.
LIVE BIG! – White Zinfandel Rosé
LIVE BIG! is a juicy and expressive rosé with clear White Zinfandel character. The colour is beautifully pink, and the palate offers citrus, strawberries and sweet ripe cherries, balanced by freshness and a soft, fruity roundness. The finish is long and almost creamy, making this a wine with strong crowd-pleasing appeal.
The wine is made from zinfandel grapes grown in California, selected specifically for this style. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified traditionally, while the pink colour comes from carefully controlled skin contact. The Secretary Bird – Rosé
The Secretary Bird Rosé is a juicy and fruity rosé from South Africa with a generous yet still fresh expression. Butcher’s Cut Premium Rosé
