The finish is crisp and persistent, with notes of honey and tropical fruit, making the wine perfect for spicy food, sushi, fruit-based desserts or as a charming aperitif.

Production
Diamond Hill Moscato is made from carefully selected grapes from sun-drenched vineyards in South Eastern Australia, where the warm climate and well-drained clay and sandy soils offer optimal conditions for aromatic and juicy grapes. Harvesting takes place early in the morning to preserve freshness and the delicate aromas. Vinification is carried out at controlled low temperatures, which preserves the grapes’ characteristic sweetness and the lightly sparkling structure. The result is an elegant, fruit-intense wine with both depth and lively freshness, making it versatile and adaptable to many occasions.

In fact, the vast continent can boast over 70 different grape varieties.
