Kilchoman 100% Islay 15th Edition is part of the distillery’s flagship series and truly lives up to its name. Every element of this whisky originates from Islay: the barley grown on Kilchoman’s own fields, malted to around 20 ppm peat, distilled on-site, and matured for nine years in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks.
On the nose, you’ll find bright citrus, gentle malt sweetness, and soft peat smoke. The palate delivers notes of vanilla, honey, green apple, and sea salt, followed by layers of caramel, fruit, spiced oak, and delicate smoke. The finish is long and balanced, leaving a warm and satisfying impression.
