Dark chocolate, toffee, caramel and orange peel are the dominant flavor factors for
this room. A really exciting and soft feeling that carries a lingering sweetness. That
aging in bourbon casks is also clearly visible when tasting this beautiful rum and
adds complexity to the experience.
This rum is very versatile and can be enjoyed alone as well as in any rum based
drink where the sweetness of the rum will undoubtedly add an exquisite
element.

Terra Verde means ‘green earth’ and like the rest of our products, it is based on a heartfelt desire to make a sustainable difference.
Terra Verde is produced in the Dominican Republic close to the small town of San Pedro de Macoris.
The distillery is one of the most sustainable in the world, among other things by being self-sufficient
in green energy and recycling of biomass from production for use as natural fertiliser.
In close collaboration with our master blender, we have selected the best rum casks for our Terra Verde rum. The result is a two-product rum series that
is velvety soft and with lots of sweetness and character.
Terra Verde is made from pure sugarcane juice. The sugarcane surrounding the distillery is pressed and the juice used to make rum. Terra Verde is not a molasses based rum. The final product is distilled using the column method and then aged in bourbon casks for up to 6 years.
