Silent Pool Rare Citrus Gin is the first gin from Silent Pool Distillers since making the original, now iconic, Silent Pool Gin. To make the best possible citrus-forward gin, they have worked together with the world’s leading citrus plantation in Portugal.
The citrus notes are quite complex. They are created, among other things, by using citrus varieties such as Buddha’s Hand lemon, Natsu Dai Dai lemon, Green Seville orange and Hirado Buntan pomelo.
Color: Crystal clear.
Aroma: Clear citrus, juniper and spices.
Tasting notes: Juniper berries, complex citrus notes with spice, and an aftertaste that lingers.
Serving suggestion: With your favorite classic tonic as a gin/tonic, preferably with grapefruit as a garnish. But don’t fool yourself into tasting it pure first.
