Ron Sostenible “La Isabela” 15Y has been carefully aged in bourbon casks for at least 15 years in the Dominican Republic. All these years, the rum has been matured in a tropical climate. The rum offers depth, richness, a long finish, and plenty of intensity. There are cask notes, but they harmonize beautifully with the character of the rum. The aroma is delightful, with notes of ripe plums, muscovado sugar, and cask hints from the 15 years of aging.
