American Red Favorites – Bundle 6×75 cl. (1x Sense Syrah, 1x Leo Pinot, 1x Indian Wells Merlot, 1x Earthquake Zinfandel, 1x Panamera Cab-Sav, 1x Oregon Pinot)

Californian power, Oregon finesse, and generous American fruit in one and the same case. American Red Favorites is a selection for anyone who wants to explore the breadth of red wines from the United States – from velvety Merlot and elegant Pinot Noir to spicy Syrah, powerful Zinfandel, and dark Cabernet Sauvignon. These are six bottles full of personality, perfect for barbecues, dinners, hearty autumn dishes, and for anyone who appreciates red wines with charm, richness, and character.

Sixth Sense Syrah
A full-bodied and intense red wine packed with dark fruit, where plums, blackcurrants, and mulberries meet spicy undertones and velvety tannins. The wine has a juicy, concentrated style that makes it very generous in the glass, while the subtle spice from oak ageing adds depth and structure. It pairs beautifully with lamb, grilled meat, hearty stews, and dishes with roasted flavours. The wine is produced by Michael David Winery in Lodi, where the Phillips family has grown grapes for generations and is known for bold, expressive wines with a clear Californian personality.

Scout by Leo – Sugar Mill Pinot Noir
A charming and food-friendly Pinot Noir with a soft, elegant, and balanced style. It offers red berries, fine acidity, and a harmonious structure that makes it easy to enjoy, while still serious enough for the dinner table. It pairs very well with venison, veal, grilled salmon, poultry, and lighter meat dishes where a red wine with freshness and finesse is desired. The wine is created by Danish-born Leo Steen, who runs his own winery in Sonoma and here delivers a Pinot Noir with a clear sense of origin and a style that combines Californian fruit with European elegance.

Chateau Ste. Michelle – Merlot Indian Wells
A generous, smooth, and flavourful Merlot with sun-ripened fruit, velvety texture, and a charming touch of vanilla on the finish. The palate leans toward blackberries, dark plums, and warm spice, and the wine has a rounded, full-bodied style that makes it very easy to appreciate. It pairs nicely with beef, lamb, grilled dishes, pasta with rich sauces, and evenings when the wine should be both powerful and soft. Chateau Ste. Michelle is one of Washington State’s best-known wineries and has long been an important part of the region’s modern wine history, with a focus on highlighting the ripe fruit and elegant structure of Columbia Valley.

Earthquake Zinfandel Lodi California
A true powerhouse of a wine, with dense fruit, high energy, and plenty of intensity. Here, prunes, ripe dark berries, and spicy nuances come together in a full-bodied, warm, and highly flavourful style that makes an impression from the very first sip. It is perfect with barbecue, grilled beef, burgers, ribs, and dishes packed with flavour. The wine is made by Michael David Winery in Lodi, and the Earthquake range has become one of the estate’s most recognised expressions – created to deliver maximum concentration, ripe fruit, and a strong sense of California’s more powerful side.

Panamera California Cabernet Sauvignon
A ripe, powerful, and intense Cabernet Sauvignon with clear notes of vanilla, red fruit, spices, and a hint of black pepper. The palate is rich, full, and generous, with fine power and a rounded expression that makes the wine both approachable and food-friendly. It pairs very well with grilled meat, burgers, pasta with richer sauces, and rustic meat dishes. The producer, Rutherford Wine Company, is family-owned and works with several Californian origins, combining experience, a modern style, and a strong feel for crowd-pleasing wines full of flavour.

Erath Pinot Noir Oregon
A classic Oregon Pinot Noir with soft, nuanced, and elegant fruit. The nose moves toward ripe strawberries, raspberries, vanilla, and a lightly spicy note, while the palate is silky with fine fruit acidity and a cool, balanced expression. This is a wine that works very well with poultry, pork, veal, lamb, and mushroom dishes, but also for dinners where you want to serve a red wine with finesse rather than weight. Erath is one of the pioneers of Oregon and has played an important role in establishing Pinot Noir as one of the region’s most important signature grapes.
