About the producer Signatory Vintage is one of Scotland’s most respected independent whisky bottlers. Tasting notes The nose is clearly smoky yet elegant, with notes of sea salt, lemon zest, dried fruit and a light sherried sweetness. The finish is long, smoky and lightly salty, with spiced fruit and a dry, sherry-tinged ending.
