Production

Løitens Export is flavored with traditional Norwegian aqua white spices and aged in oak casks for 3-6 months, which were previously used for sherry. This gives a unique roundness and character.
Match

Løiten Aquavit goes perfectly with herring, grilled or grilled salmon and with smoked ham. Serve slightly chilled.

The largest group of spiced brandies is aquavit. An aquavit must include cumin and/or dill. Other spices are allowed, but cumin and dill must dominate the taste. The alcohol content of the aquavit must be at least 37.5% by volume.
