Kavalan Juuls Cask is a single cask bottling from the Taiwanese super distillery Kavalan. The whisky has spent around 6 years in a bourbon cask in Taiwan’s tropical heat and is already perfectly mature after this relatively short ageing. It is bottled at cask strength (57.1%) in connection with Juuls Vin og Spiritus’ 90th anniversary. Only 180 bottles from cask number B101124062A have reached Denmark.

Colour: Deep amber
Nose: Vanilla, roasted almonds, condensed milk and lemon curd.
Flavour: Full-bodied and oily mouthfeel. Citrus, apricot jam and coconut.

Serving suggestion: Best enjoyed neat, possibly with a few drops of cool water.
