The tradition of Jameson whiskey started back in 1780. John Jameson, who is the founder and former Master Distiller, believed that the best way to produce whiskey was to distill it three times.
This whiskey is a collaboration between the Master Distiller at Jameson and the brewmaster at Franciscan Well. The two distilleries exchange casks that have contained whiskey and beer for storage.
