Grande Alberone White Edition is a delicious bold and full-bodied white wine that clearly reflects that Sicily can also deliver high-quality white wines. Lots of sun and fruit in a bottle, with the most wonderful floral, fruity bouquet.

The wine is a nice straw yellow in the glass with a fresh fruity scent of peach, citrus and apples. The taste is full with good fatness and a soft and balanced aftertaste.
Suitable as an aperitif or with dishes with fish and light meat.

Manufacturing
The winemakers select the best grapes for Grande Alberone Bianco. The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed carefully. They are soaked for six hours in the must. The must then ferments without skins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. This winemaking
process makes it possible to extract as many fruity aromas as
possible, which makes this wine particularly characteristic.
