Glenfarclas 10 Years is a classic Speyside single malt that captures the distillery’s signature sherried style in a youthful yet surprisingly characterful expression. It’s smooth, approachable and malt-forward, with a warm sweetness that makes it an excellent “house whisky” — both as an introduction to Glenfarclas and as an easy-going dram for sherry-cask lovers.

Nose & palate:
Expect sherry sweetness with honey, toffee and malt, often alongside vanilla and fruit (apple/pear) plus touches of dried fruit. On the palate it’s rounded and balanced with fruitcake, gentle winter spice and oak, sometimes with a faint hint of smoke in the background. The finish is medium to long, lightly spicy and oaky, with lingering sweet sherry notes.

Serving suggestions:
Enjoy neat or with a small splash of water. Also works well with a large ice cube. Pair with nuts, dark chocolate, or aged cheeses.
