Yuzu us a citrus fruit that looks like a small grapefruit with bumpy pale yellow skin. Yuzu is extremely aromatic and nutritious and is a rich source of vitamin C. Its flavor is a hybrid of citrus flavors found in lemon, tangerine and grapefruit.

Yuzu originates from Southeast Asia with Japanese Yuzu famous for its quality.
