Hold Balancen is the spiritual successor to our previous brew, Hold Dig Munter.
In collaboration with Ølsnedkeren, we’ve crafted this Imperial Brown Ale, aged in Stauning Whisky casks.
Together, we’ve created a beer rich in sweetness and nutty notes, complemented by smoky and vanilla-like undertones from the whisky barrels, giving the beer an extra layer of depth and character.
Malts: Pale Ale, Munich, Abbey, Cara Terra, Cara Café, Chocolate Malt
Hops: Waimea, East Kent Golding
Brewed with: Dried malt extract
Aroma: Vanilla, whisky, and caramel
Yeast: Ale
