Etsu – Double Yuzu Gin 70 cl. 43%

Etsu Double Yuzu Gin consists of traditional botanicals such as Japanese yuzu, juniper, licorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After approx. 7 day maceration only the gin is distilled, allowing the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh water from the mountains added, which gives this gin its fresh taste.

Color: Clear.
Scent: A green and vegetal scent and distinct citrus character
Taste: Ripe with yuzu, juniper and matcha. A rounded and supple gin with a unique and light finish.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy it 1:2 with a good tonic or in cocktails.
